The study aimed to known the reality of civil society platforms and their impact on human development in the southern Palestinian governorates by applying in the organizations within Palestinian NGOs network PNGO).The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. the study used a questionnaire tool to collect the data from primary resources, the questioner tool was targeted the high and mid-level of 1280 workers in management field in the (69) organizations within Palestinian NGOs network PNGO, the researcher followed the Simple random sample method, (170) questionnaires were distributed, (122) were retrieved used for analytical processes.The study found a set of results, the most important of which was a high positive assessment of the level of availability of civil society platforms dimensions in the southern governorates, that dimensions represented in (networking organizations to create platforms based on a development vision, lobbying and advocacy for participate in the making laws, legislation and decision-making, effective control for applying the governance principles), , The results also indicated a high level of humanitarian development in the southern governorates from the views of of the higher and middle management level of these organizations, and the results also indicated a positive impact with statistical significance for both (lobbying and advocacy for participate in Enactment of laws, legislation and decision-making, effective control for applying the governance principles) as one of the dimensions civil society platforms in achieving human development in the southern governorates, and wasn't for network organizations to create platforms based on a development vision that has impact on human development.The study recommended to raise the awareness of civil society organizations about the platforms approach, and the nature of their fields work and aims for human development, with a focus on changing the perception approach in limiting view and narrow networking and transform the organizations goals for better practical situation.
