ترجمة الملخص

This study deals with the life of Imam Ibn Juzay, showing the political, religious, social, economic and scientific state at the age he lived in. In addition, the study shows his birth, scientific growth, death and praise up on him. The study gives introduction to his sheiks (teachers), students and books. The study gives information about his book The Facilitating Book of the Descendent Sciences and sources of information that Ibn Juzay used in his interpretation, also it showed merits of the book. The study showed his method in interpretation verses of the Holy Koran and he interpreted the Holy Koran by the Holy Koran, Hadith, saying of the Companions of the Prophet as well as who followed them. It clarifies his option towards stories, Israeli history. In addition, the study clarifies his grammatical and linguistic abilities and his method in juristic issues. The study shows belief in Allah and Imam Ibn Juzay disagree with Sunna public who beleives that faith is a believe, a saying and actions, which increases by obeys and decreases by sins. However, Imam Ibn Juzay disagreed with such concept partially, he believed that faith is only to believe, not necessary to act upon it, and increase of faith according to him was through strengthening the believe and certitude. Adding, the study shows that Imam Ibn Juzay had great concern and interest in proofing the monotheism of God more than being interested in deity monotheism,. He defended the ancestors in names and descriptions monotheism, and replied (Mutazilah & Ashaerah) in many verses of Qur\\\\\\\'an. The study shows that he cherished our prophet Mohammed \\\\\\\"peace be upon him\\\\\\\" without obsession, and loved companions of the prophet and his family and relatives. He wasn’t one of the anti – companions, nor a hater to the prophet\\\\\\\'s relatives and family. He had a slight prejudice upon Bany Ummaiah. The study shows that he agreed with the ancestors concerning matters like; judgment day, proved recommend and the visualizing of Allah the Almighty on Judgment day, and confronted disagreed ones of it, like Mutazilah and who agreed with them
