الملخص

plusieurs algorithmes ont été développés pour la détection de la plaie du pied chezles patients diabétiques. Dans notre cas nous avons choisis la technique de contour actif quipermet d’extraire que la région de la plaie qui représente notre région d’intérêt(ROI) , enpassant après à faire la classification de cette ROI , nous avons utilisés un classificateursupervisé appelé le voisin le plus proche KNN ( K Nearest Neighbour) , ce dernier va donnerla classe de la plaie si elle présente une nécrose ou pas et ainsi que le type de l’ulcération ( estce qu’elle est une artériopathie ou neuropathie ou bien les deux).

several algorithms have been developed for the detection of foot ulcers in diabetic patients. In our case we have chosen the active contour technique which allows to extract only the wound surface which represents our region of interest (ROI), then going on to classify this ROI, we used a supervised classifier called the nearest neighbor KNN, this last will give the class of the wound if it presents a necrosis or not and as well as the type of ulceration (is it an arterial disease or neuropathy or both of them).
