الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى إمكانية كل من الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز كمنبئات بالتدفق النفسي لدى طلبة كلية الفنون الجميلة، كما هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى كل من الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز والتدفق النفسي، وكذلك التعرف إلى العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز والتدفق النفسي، وكذلك الكشف عن تأثير تفاعل متغيرات الجنس، والتخصص، والمستوى الدراسي على متغيرات كل من الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة والدافعية للإنجاز والتدفق النفسي.وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(310) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة كلية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة الأقصى للفصل الدراسي (2019-2020).ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس التدفق النفسي من إعداد (Jackson& marsh,1996) وترجمة ( العكيلي والمحمداوي،2015 )كما استخدمت الباحثة العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة وللتحقق من فروضها ومنها: المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الانحدار الجزئي والمتعدد، وتحليل التباين الثلاثي.وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:1- إن المتوسط الحسابي لمستوى الكفاءة الذاتية (4.01) بوزن نسبي(80.2%) وهو مستوى مرتفع2- إن المتوسط الحسابي لمستوى الدافعية للإنجاز (3.89) بوزن نسبي(77.8%) وهو مستوى مرتفع.3- إن المتوسط الحسابي لمستوى التدفق النفسي (40.5) بوزن نسبي(81%) وهو مستوي مرتفع.4- توجد علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة والتدفق النفسي.5- توجد علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين دافعية الإنجاز والتدفق النفسي . 6- وجود إسهام نسبي للكفاءة الذاتية المدركة في التنبؤ بالتدفق النفسي عند مستوى(0.01) وذلك للأبعاد( التعامل مع المواقف المستقبلية، والتحكم والقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات)، والدرجة الكلية للكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لم تكن ذات دلالة احصائية عند البعد(الوعي بالذات).7- وجود إسهام نسبي للدافعية للإنجاز في التنبؤ بالتدفق النفسي عند مستوى(0.01) وذلك للأبعاد( الطموح والسعي نحو التميز، وتحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة)، والدرجة الكلية للدافعية للإنجاز لم تكن ذات دلالة إحصائية عند الأبعاد( القدرة على الإنجاز، والقدرة علي حل المشكلات).8-لا يوجد أثر دال إحصائياً للتفاعل بين متغيرات الجنس المستوى الدراسي والتخصص على الكفاءة الذاتية. 9-لا يوجد أثر دال إحصائياً للتفاعل بين متغيرات الجنس المستوى الدراسي والتخصص على دافعية الإنجاز. 10-لا يوجد أثر دال إحصائياً للتفاعل بين متغيرات الجنس المستوى الدراسي والتخصص على التدفق النفسي.

AbstractThe current study aimed at identifying the extent perceived self-efficacy and accomplishment motivation predict psychological flow among the students of faculty of Fine Arts. The study also aimed to identify the level of perceived self-efficacy, accomplishment motivation, and psychological flow. Similarly, the study sought to identify the relationship between perceived self-efficacy, accomplishment motivation , and psychological flow in addition to revealing the effect of the interaction of gender, specialization, and academic level variables on the variables of perceived self-efficacy , accomplishment motivation , and psychological flow.The study sample consisted of (592) male and female students from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Al-Aqsa University for the semester (2019-2020).To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. She also designed and used the perceived self-efficacy, the accomplishment motivation scales, and the psychological flow scale (translated into Arabic by Al-Musawi and Shutb, 2016).Several statistical techniques were used to answer the study's questions and to verify its hypotheses, including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, partial and multiple variance analysis coefficients, and regression coefficient. The study reached the following results:1- The mean of the perceived self-efficacy level is (4.01) with a relative weight of (80.2) which is high.2- The arithmetic mean of the level of accomplishment motivation is (3.89) with a relative weight of (77.8) which is high.3- The mean of the psychological flow level is (40.5) with a relative weight of (81%) which is also is a high level.4- There is a statistically significant positive relationship between perceived self-efficacy and psychological flow.5- There is a statistically positive relationship between accomplishment motivation and psychological flow.6- There is a contribution to perceived self-efficacy in forecasting psychological flow at (0.01) level for dimensions of (dealing with future situations, control and ability to make decisions). Nonetheless , the overall score of perceived self-efficacy was not statistically significant at the dimension of (self-awareness).7- Accomplishment motivation contributes in predicting psychological flow at the level (0.01) for the dimensions (ambition and the pursuit of excellence and achieving the required goals). However, the overall score of achievement motivation was not statistically significant at the dimensions (the ability to accomplish, and the ability to solve problems)8- There are no statistically significant differences between perceived self-efficacy and interactions of gender, the academic level, and majority.9- There are no statistically significant differences between accomplishment motivation and interactions of gender, the academic level, and majority.10- There are no statistically significant differences between psychological flow, and the interactions of gender, academic level, and major
