الملخص

هدفت ىذه الدراسة إلى التعرؼ عمى رضا العامميف في جامعتي القدس والأىمية عف فاعمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية المقدمة مف البنوؾ الفمسطينية، وتحديد وتحميؿدور البنوؾ الفمسطينية في المسؤولية الاجتماعية عمى الجامعات الفمسطينية، ومعرفة أشكاؿ ىذه المسؤولية.ولتحقيؽ ىذهالأىداؼ استخدـ الباحث المنيج الوصفي، وأداة الاستبانة، وقد تكونت ىذه الاستبانة مف قسميف رئيسييف، الأوؿ يتعمؽ بالمتغيرات الديمغرافية، وىي (التخصص العممي و ،سنوات الخبرة ،و الجامعة و ،مكاف السكف و ،نوع الوظيفة)، والقسـ الثاني مكوف مف (44) فقرة موزعة عمى أربعة محاور، الأوؿ: دور البنوؾ الفمسطينية في المسؤولية الاجتماعيةتجاه العامميف ،الثاني: أشكاؿ دور البنوؾ في المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الطمبة ،الثالث: العوامؿ المؤثرة التي تعيؽدور البنوؾ في المسؤولية الاجتماعيةتجاه الجامعات ،الرابع: تقييـ دور البنوؾ في المسؤوليةالاجتماعية.يففيرضاحملاوفييرادلإاعيمجفمفمؼلأتيذلا،ةساردلاعمتجمىمعةنابتسلااعيزوتّـتدقوجامعتي القدس وفمسطيف الأىمية، والذيف يبمغ عددىـ حوالي (800) حسب إحصائيات شؤوف الموظفيف مف كلب الجامعتيف. وقاـ الباحث باختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واختار الباحث (81) منيـ. ةيلوؤسملافعًاطسوتمةيمىلأافيطسمفوسدقلايتعماجيففيمماعلااضرّفأىلإةساردلاتمصوتالاجتماعية التي تقدميا المصارؼ العاممة في فمسطيف، و كاف رضاىـ عف إسياـ المصارؼ في الدعـ المالي والفني والميني لمطمبة بدرجة أكبر مف رضاىـ عفّيبتو،ةبمطلاعيراشموتاردقيفرامثتسلاافأف المصارؼ العاممة في فمسطيف لا تيتـ في النواحي العممية، ولا تستثمر في إعداد المشاريع العممية الناتجة عف الجامعات.في نياية الدراسة أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات، أبرزىا الاىتماـ بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الجامعات، وبناء عمى ما تحدده الجامعات مف أولويات خاصة بمرافقيا المتعددة، والاىتماـ بمشاريع البحث العممي، وتحويميا لمشاريع استثمارية ناجحة،الاىتماـ بالميارات البحثية الاجتماعية لدى العامميف بالمصارؼ، لربط خبراتيـ المينية مع الواقع الاجتماعي المحيط بيـ، وتعريؼ القائميففي المصارؼ عمى أىمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ومردودىا الاجتماعي والاقتصادي العائد عمى الجامعات والبيئة والمجتمع.

This study aimed to identify the degree of employees’ Al-Quds University and Palestine AhliyaUniversity about effectiveness of social responsibility provided by Palestinian banks, identifying and analysis the role of Palestinian banks in social responsibility of Palestinian banks and know the forms of responsibility To achieve these aims, the researchers used the descriptive approach and questionnaire, the questionnaire consist of two main sections ,the first section related to the demographic variables ( scientific specialization, years of experience, university, place of residence, type of job ) , the second section consists of (44) paragraphs divided into four fields: the first is the role of Palestinian banks in social responsibility towards the employees, the second :the forms of the role of banks in social responsibility towards the students , the third : the factors affecting which a hinder the role of banks towards universities , the forth : assessment of banks role social responsibility The questionnaire was distributed to study community which consisted of all administrators and lectures in Al-Quds University and Palestine Ahliya University whose number around 800 according to personnel. The researcher chose sample by randomly simple method, and chose (81) of them .The study found the satisfaction of the employees of Al-Quds University and Palestine Ahliya University in moderate to the social responsibility provided by banks in Palestine , and their satisfaction with contribution of banks in financial , technical and support to the students is greater than their satisfaction with investing in the capabilities and project of students , and found that banks in Palestine do not care about scientific aspect and do not invest in universities scientific project At the end of this study the researcher recommended several recommendation , the most important of them is taking care of social responsibility toward universities, based on the priorities identified by universities for their several facilities , and interest in scientific research project and turn them into successful investment,interest With the social research skills of the employees of the banks, to link their professional experiences with the social reality surrounding them, the definition of the banks the importance of social responsibility and it’s social and economic return onuniversities environment and society .
