الملخص

This work is a conversational analysis of verbal interactions between tellersand customers in the CNEP-Bank in the city of Sidi Bel Abbes. This studyis based on an oral corpus of about an hour sound recording or two hourscame interactions recorded in the two departments of the CNEP-Bank: theservice credit and savings services. The transcript of the latter is the spellingsystem. It is more precisely an analysis of longitudinal and transversestructures that organize the exchange of questions and answers in order toidentify the types of relationships (power relations) between their two interactantsthemThis research is concerned, also, the language practices of inter-actants andtheir language choices. In effect, a part of this work focuses on the analysisof the various uses of the French language at the CNEP-Bank. Thus, thestudy of a phenomenon governing the production of oral tellers andcustomers is: code switching.
