مستقبل قطاع البيع بالتجزئة في ظل التوجه نحو التسوق الالكتروني: حالة قطاع الأحذية

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استشراق مستقبل قطاع بيع الأحذية بالتجزئة في ظل التوجه نحو التسوق الالكتروني في محافظة الخليل، وذلك من خلال ربط الواقع الحالي للمتاجر بسلوك الزبائن وتوجهاتهم المستقبلية نحو قنوات التسوق.ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المختلط (الكمي والنوعي)؛ إذ قام الباحث ببناء أداتين لتطبيق هذه الدراسة هما: الاستبانة والمقابلة. وكانت الاستبانة الأولى تهدف إلى معرفة واقع متاجر بيع الأحذية بالتجزئة في محافظة الخليل ومستقبلها، وطبقت أداة الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغت 69 عينة من متاجر بيع الأحذية بالتجزئة في محافظة الخليل، والاستبانة الثانية هدفت إلى دراسة سلوك الزبائن وتوجهاتهم، وطبقت أداة الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغت 384 عينة، أما الأداة الثانية؛ وهي المقابلة فقد كانت مع 3 من رجال الأعمال العاملين في قطاع الأحذية ككل، والتي هدفت إلى جمع معلومات عن واقع قطاع الأحذية، والوقوف خلف رؤيتهم المستقبلية لقطاع بيع الأحذية بالتجزئة.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستقبل قطاع بيع الأحذية بالتجزئة في محافظة الخليل متجه لأن يكون هجين بين قناتي تسوق رئيسيتان هما: المتاجر العادية ومنصات التسوق الالكتروني في ظل المتغيرات الجديدة في سلوك الزبائن.ومن أبرز التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة، أنه من الضرورة على أصحاب متاجر بيع الأحذية بالتجزئة إيجاد منصة الكترونية مساندة جنبا إلى جنب مع متاجرهم العادية من أجل الحفاظ على ديمومة متاجرهم.

Retail Industry in the Light of the Trending towardsE-shopping: A Case of Shoes Sector.Prepared ByMahmoud MujahedSupervised ByPorf.Dr.Samir AbuznaidThis study aimed at exploring the future of retail Shoe's sector in line with the new trends towards E-shopping in Hebron governorate, through linking the status quo of Shoes stores and selling points with customer behaviors and their future orientations towards shopping channels. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the Mixed-Descriptive approach (quantitative and qualitative Measures) has been applied, where the researcher has been responsible for developing two research tools including questionnaire and interview. Indeed, and to be more accurate, two different questionnaires have been built for that purpose.The first questionnaire aimed at realizing the status quo and future of retail Shoes stores and selling points in Hebron governorate. This questionnaire has been applied to a random sample that counts for 69 retail Shoes stores and shopping points in Hebron governorate.The second questionnaire aimed at studying customer behaviors and their orientation, this questionnaire as one of the tools has been applied on 384 random sample.Interviews as the second research tool been conducted with three business owners working in Shoe's sector in Hebron, aiming at gathering information about the reality and status quo of the sector, in addition to realize the future vision of retail Shoes sector from the perspective of respective sector business owners selected.This study concluded that the future of retail Shoe's shopping in Hebron governorate is approaching to be “Hybrid” including two major shopping channels: 1) Ordinary Shoes Shops, and 2) E-Shopping Platforms in light of the new variables in the context of customer behaviors. The most important recommendation of the study is that Shoes shops must have E-shopping platforms besides their current business mode of operation. Otherwise, they will lose their businesses.
