ترجمة الملخص

The importance of this study lies in the fact that it tries to connect the psychological empowerment variant, and learning organization variant and the role of organizational learning as intermediate variant between them. This study aims to:1.Identify the availability range of the psychological empowerment Dimensions and organizational learning dimensions, and learning organization dimensions at the Syrian High Schools in both public and private sectors;2.Identify the relation between the psychological empowerment, and determine the more influencing dimensions of the organizational learning in the variant of the learning organization;3.Identify the relation between the organizational learning and the learning organization, anddetermine the more influencing dimensions of the organizational learning in the variant of the learning organization;4.Identify the relation between the Psychological empowerment and the learning organization, and determine the more influencing dimensions of the Psychological empowerment in the variant of the learning organization;This research has been performed on two examples made up of teachers working at the private and state high Schools, amounted to 247 teachers for the Private High Schools and 217 teachers of the State High Schools.The more important results that the researcher reached to the following:1.The variant of the psychological empowerment has a statistical impact on the dimensions of the organizational learning at the private and state high schools;2.The variant of the organizational learning has a statistical impact on the dimensions of the learning organization at the private and state high schools;3.The variant of the psychological empowerment has a statistical impact on the dimensionsvariant of the learning organization at the private and state high schools; f4.The organizational learning is intermediate in the influencing relation between the psychological empowerment and the dimensions of the learning organization at the private and state high schools; and that confirms that both psychological empowerment and organizational learning influence positively the support of the dimensions learning organization.
