الملخص

Le présent travail est un rapport de présentation du projet de fin d’études qui a été élaborer afin d’atteindre les objectifs pédagogiques propre à l’option de l'atelier :"Architecture de l'habitat ".Ce rapport s'inscrit dans la thématique (architecture et environnement), avec le sujet de référence qui est "la composition avec les valeurs conceptuelles de la mer". Ce projet consiste à l'aménagement d'un village touristique et la conception d'un hôtel de luxe à la ZET de Zeralda. L'objectif de ce projet est d'adapter notre conception à l'environnement balnéaire au dynamisme des formes de son architecture dans le but de combler le manque d'infrastructures touristiques et de confirmer le statut de luxe de l'hôtel. La méthodologie adoptée lors de la recherche se résume en recherche théorique et l’expérimentation à travers le projet qui concède à un assemblage des repères de conception de l'idée du projet, la matérialisation de cette idée et les détails techniques adaptés à la réalisation du projet. L'objet de cette recherche nous guidera pour tirer des conclusions et des recommandations afin de reconsidérer notre position théorique et pratique sur la relation entre l'habitat et son environnement, notamment en milieu balnéaires.

This work is a presentation report of the graduation project that was developed in order to achieve the educational objectives specific to the workshop option: "Architecture of the habitat" This report falls under the theme (architecture and environment), with the reference subject which is "the composition with the conceptual values of the sea". This project consists of the development of a tourist village and the design of a luxury hotel at Zeralda..The objective of this project is to adapt our conception to the seaside environment to the dynamism of the forms of its architecture in order to fill the lack of tourist infrastructures and to confirm the luxury status of the hotel. The methodology adopted during the research is summed up in theoretical research and experimentation through the project, which concedes an assembly of design benchmarks for the idea of the project, the materialization of this idea and the technical details adapted to the realization of the project. The object of this research will guide us to draw conclusions and recommendations in order to reconsider our theoretical and practical position on the relationship between habitat and its environment, especially in seaside resorts.
