ترجمة الملخص

The English Abstract of thesis: "al-ahadith considered as weak by As-sheikh Abdul Aziz b.Baz،collecting and studying"..This thesis is an academic one–in the level of Master degree-which deals with collecting and studying Ahadith considered as weak by As-Sheikh Abdul Aziz BenBaz،in his books،papers and fata was..،it begins،after the introduction،by an speech where it demonstrates the position of the hadith's scholars: to authenticateor un-authenticate ahadith by the later scholars who deal with it..،and specifies those in three groups: the first group that goes on the way of forbidding them that fact..،while the second group has two positions: one going like with the first on forbidding the act of weakening ahadith،only،and on another part permitting them to authenticate this..،and the third group goes with permitting the fact of either..،after this،the thesis-on the first party of it-treats the biography of the eminent Sheikh Abdul Aziz Ben Baz: as having born in the year of (1430 H./1913)،his family،his boyhood،his studying،his seeking of sciences..،and the appreciation of scholars on him،also his 'Aquidah and faith،and the year of his death،Allah،the Almighty،grant him...،afterwards،it focuses-in the second party-on collecting and studyingthose ahadith considered by the Sheikh،as weak ones،choosing from it: nineteenhadith،arranged on fourteen(14) Kutoob( chapters)،beginning by the Kitab "At-taharah"and finishing by "At-tawhid wal 'Aqua'id"،all this in part one of the second party of it; and in part two it focuses on the methodology of As-Sheikh Ben Baz،when he comes to consider hadith as weak or not،what it concludes as follows: 1-He analyzes hadith،on the field of authenticity،with what is known in the holly Coran،2-He analyzes and compares hadith and Sunnah with what is appreciated in Sunnah..،So،it finishes،by the third part of the second party of the thesis،with some observations on the methodology of the Sheikh،that: -He considers the hadith as "Shaz"( category of weaknesses)،when it contradicts with what is known as straight..،and so،as far there is not a weak reporter or some of this kind...and other ones...،thus،after putting some results of the thesis،it concludes by recommendations،some of which is: Permitting students،in this level،to specialize on specific topic of"hadith's sciences" like: "the biography of reporters"( Ilm Ar-ridjal)،and "At-takhridjaat"./..This is the end of the English abstract by the student/ Ahmad Mbac ke Niang
