This study aimed to identify the role of training in empowering officers working in the Palestinian Military Intelligence Service in the West Bank governorates and identifying the reality of training in the service as well as the extent of empowering its officers and studying the relationship between them. As a tool for collecting data from the study target, the researcher adopted the quota sample consisting of (271) officers working in the Palestinian Military Intelligence Service who received training courses. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified, and the study had a number of conclusions, most notably that the level of training in the Palestinian Military Intelligence Service in the West Bank governorates is high, as the percentage of interest in training reached (79.2%), a good degree, and that the most important thing about training is the selection of trainers with a rate of (82.6%).The order of the remaining dimensions of training and their percentages in counting down order is as follows: (training environment (80.6%), training material (79.65%), training methods (79.0%), and evaluation of training performance (78.2%) ).In addition, The level of empowerment of officers is high with a percentage OF (76.8%), and the ranking of the remaining dimensions of empowerment in counting down order are as follows: delegation of authority (79.0%),team work (78.2%), effective communication and participation (76.6%), motivation and incentive (73.6%).The research found a positive effect of training on empowering officers, The results showed that increasing the degree of training by one degree leads to an increase in the empowerment of officers by (0.807)degrees, It also showed a statistically significant effect of training on delegation of ظauthority,motivation, effective communication, participation and work team, as dimensions of empowering officers working in the MIS. The results indicated that increasing the degree of training by one degree leads to an increase in the mentioned dimensions, respectively, by percentages (0.766%), (0.692%). (0.691%), and (0.678%). In light of the aforementioned results, the study presented a number of recommendations, most notable: -Continuing the current training approach by the competent authority.-Moving forward with the constant work aimed at officers empowerment.-Increasing the percentage of motivated officers and enhancing means of effective communication and participation among officers.-Paying more attention by the officers to the working teams formed from the officers of the Military Intelligence Service
