الملخص

Cette recherche s’inscrit dans une démarche visant initialement la requalification urbaine, une réinsertion et régénération architecturale qui a pour objet de faire revivre la ville de Blida, de donner une nouvelle vie à une portion de ville, à un quartier-Quartier de la wilaya-, à un projet-Hopital Brahim Trichine-. Il s’agit de se projeter dans l’avenir en respectant l’existant et la mémoire du lieu. De quelle façon peut-on réagir? En vue d’esquisser des réponses à des objectifs et à des problématiques examiner, ce travail est organisé en deux grandes fractions : La première fraction de ce mémoire est consacrée à l’aménagement urbain, introduit en une échelle plus large, pour une requalification et un réaménagement urbain cohérent. Une intervention dirigée par un renouvellement axée sur le bâti, la transformation des fonctions et l’injection de nouveaux services et de nouvelles activités. La seconde fraction est quant à elle consacré au projet architectural, une requalification adopter à une échelle plus petite-le projet- basé sur l’idée de faire une transition entre l’ancien et le nouveau en préservant la trace du premier. Il s’agit de répondre à des besoins liés aux nouveaux modes de vie tout en pensant une nouvelle image plus moderne et actuelle. Ce travail de réflexion intègre la démarche de développement durable.

This research is a part of a process whose goal objectif is urban requalification and architectural regeneration. This approach aims to reveal the town of Blida and give a new life to a part of it, to a district -District wilaya-and to a project-Hospital Brahim Trichine-. It’s about projecting in the future while respecting the memory of the place. In which way can we act? To sketch answers of our goal objectives and the examined problematics, this work organized in two big fractions: The first fraction of this end of study dissertation is devoted to the urban planification, introduced on a broader scale, fora requalification and urban redevelopment. A coherent intervention leading to a renewed city and focused on constructions, the transformation of functions and the injection of new services and new activities. The second fraction is devoted to an architectural project, a requalification adapted to a smaller scale. The project is based on the idea of doing a transition between the old and the new, while saving the remains of the first. It’s about responding to the needs related to the new life style while thinking in a more modern and current way. This reasoning also integrate the approach of sustainable development.
