الملخص

اللغة هي الأسلوب اللي يستخدمه الايسان للتعبير عن أهدافه وما يدور فةةي خلةةد مةةن معةةان وأفكار وما يجيش في وجدايه من عواطف وأحاسيسلفهي من خصةةائصالإيسةةان وحةةد دون غير من سائر المخلوقات التي تساكيه الأرض (الوائليل2004:17)واللغة بك اشكالها هةةي مةةن أهةةم المظةةاهر الاجتماعيةةة واليفسةةية فةةي حيةةاة الكةةائن الحةةيلوأعظم إيجا بشري ظهر على الارض (الحلا ل2010:2۸).وهةةي مةةرفة تفكيةةر الأمةةة وأداة التعبيةةر عةةن عقليتهةةا ووسةةيلتها فةةي الحفةةاظ علةةى شخصةةيتها وتراثها الأصي لاومهافتلاىلعًارداقًايعامتجاًايئاكدرفلاةئشيتيفاهرودنعلاضفلتخاطب والتعبير عما في لهيه من أفكار ليتعام بها مط من يحيط بهلفهي لسان العق وطريةةق الفكةةرلوعالم حي له حركته وألوايه وملاقه وموسيقا (الوائليل2004:19 .)وقد تعددت تعريفات اللغة بتعدد عيايات الباحثين والدارسينلييجنبااهفّرعدقفب يها:ييجنبا("مهضارغأنعموقكاهبرّبعيتاوصأ"ل1913:73 ) .وفي للك ما يؤكد الطبيعة الصوتية للغةلوالوظيفة الاجتماعية لهال فهي تستخدم للتعبير ويق المشاعر والأفكار بين أفراد المجتمط الواحد (سالمل2014:63 .)وفي ضوء مفهوم اللغة تظهر أهميتها في حياة الإيسان في ضوء خصائصها العديدة التي تتمتط بهالفهي تعبير عن خبرات الإيسان وتجاربهلكما أيها تعبر عن قوة التماسك بين أفراد الأمة وأحد مقومات وحدتها الأساسية (الحلا ل2010:29 .)ولأهمية اللغة العربية في مجالات الحياة كافة ييبغي أن يقف وقفة إجلا وإكبار لها لفهي اللغة العصماء التي وقفت على مر العصور والأ مية إل كايت وما ت ا اللغة الرائدة والمحافظة على بريقها ورويقها ( اير لوسماءل2013:30)فاللغة العربية هي أمتن ًابيكرتل وأوضا بيايال وأعلب ملاقا عيد أهلهالويقو ابن خلدون " وكايت الملكة الحاصلة للعرب من للك أحق الملكات وأوضحها بيايا عن المقاصد " (أبو محفوظ ل2017:19) .فهي من أقدم اللغات التي ما الت تتمتط بخصائصها من ألفاظ وتراكيب وصرف ويحو وأدب وخيا (الحلا ل2010:44) .

ترجمة الملخص

The current research aims to find out the correlation between (metacognition in reading and its relationship to writing skills among postgraduate students in Arabic language departments).In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive correlational approach. Because it is appropriate in conducting the current research, as the research community consisted of postgraduate students in the Arabic language departments in the universities of (Babylon, Kufa, Karbala, Qadisiyah, and Muthanna), as their number reached (492) male and female students, by (222) male and (270) female students. Therefore, a sample of (216) male and female postgraduate students was selected, distributed as follows: (86) male students representing (40%) of the research community and (130) female students representing (60%) of the research community. Selected randomly from the total community for the research, and the researcher prepared the preparation of the two research tools represented in the following:1-Constructing a scale (Metacognition in Reading)،as the scale consists of (45) items, and psychometric characteristics of validity and reliability were extracted for it. مستخلص البحث باللغة الإنكليزية ---------------------------------------------------C2-Constructing a criterion for the (writing skills) test, which consists of (16) items, and extracted the psychometric characteristics of validity and reliability for it.The apparent validity and the constructive validity of the two search tools were verified. As for the reliability, it was verified by re-testing and the alpha-Cronbach equation. After verifying the validity and reliability of the two research tools, they were applied to the sample of the research, as the data was collected and processed statistically using the statistical package (SPSS). Through the following equations (Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman-Brown coefficient, chi-square test, the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, the t-test for an independent sample, and the t-test for two independent samples).The following results were reached:.Postgraduate students have a level of (metacognition in reading).12.Thecurrent research sample possesses a level of writing skills3.Thereis a direct relationship between metacognition in reading and writing skills.In light of these results, a number of recommendations were put forward, including:The need to form positive and constructive attitudes among students and professors of postgraduate studies towards the subject of مستخلص البحث باللغة الإنكليزية ---------------------------------------------------Dmetacognition in reading, in order to motivate them to study and identify it and conduct more studies and scientific research in this field.The necessity of emphasizing on university professors to develop metacognition in reading for their students by developing effective study plans capable of motivating students alike in all academic stages and for the primary and higher studies.The importance of continuous training for students in the different educational stages on the use of writing skills through the various branches of the Arabic language.Suggestions:As a complement to the current research, the researcher suggests conducting the following two studies:1.(Metacognitionin reading and its relationship to selective attention among postgraduate students).2.(Writing skills and their relationship to high-ranking thinking among undergraduate and postgraduate students).
