الملخص

This study aimed to know the role of electronic management in the development of administrative work in terms of increasing efficiency, effectiveness and enhancing the quality of administrative services in the Naftal Corporation, where electronic management represents the new field in building a modern perception of the concepts of administrative development, which resulted in a fundamental shift in the ways of performing services for both citizens or institutions among themselves.In our study, the focus was on two aspects: the study of the concept of electronic management and the most important problems and obstacles that stand in the way of its application. The other side was devoted to studying the contributions of electronic management in improving administrative work.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the statistical method, through which he tries to describe the phenomenon under study, analyze its data, and use the comprehensive inventory method due to the small size of the study community and the ease of access to the target group, where the questionnaire was distributed to the study community members.The study has reached several results, the most important of which are the requirements for applying electronic transactions in an institution and related to administrative requirements, technical structure and financial resources on the available calculated applications and systems.The study also showed that most of the institution’s services are provided through electronic transactions, in addition to the existence of a positive relationship between the application of electronic management and the improvement of administrative work by increasing efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing transparency and improving service.
