الملخص

L'objectif principal de notre travail est d'étudier la validation analytique de la méthode d'identification de la matière première (Paraffine spéciale) et articles de conditionnement primaire de la Novoformine® par spectroscopie infrarouge par corrélation et en se référant aux conditions et recommandations des ICH, et pharmacopées. Les résultats obtenus par l'étude des deux paramètres de validation, spécificité et robustesse de la méthode d'identification de la matière première et articles de conditionnement primaires, sont conformes et dans les limites de spécification. Cela atteste la validité de la méthode proposée dans notre travail pour l'utilisation en routine.

The main objective of our work is to study the analytical validation of the method of identification of the raw material (Paraffin special) and primary packaging items of Novoformine® by infrared spectroscopy by correlation and referring to the requirements and recommendations of ICH, and pharmacopoeias.The results obtained by the study of the two parameters of validation, specificity and robustness of the method of identification of the raw material and primary packaging items, are in conformity and within the limit of specification. This attests the validity of the method proposed in our work for routine use.
