الملخص

L'estomac est exposé à divers xénobiotiques qui provoquent des effets variables en fonction de leur nature chimique. Nous avons exposé l’estomac à une solution d’éthanol afin étudier les propriétés thérapeutiques de l'extrait brut méthanolique des racines de la plante Centaurea fragilis contre l’inflammation gastrique. Cet extrait a été analysé par diverses techniques pour évaluer ses teneurs en polyphénols et flavonoÏ des, en particulier, par chromatographie en phase gazeuse et le test du pouvoir antioxydant. L’effet de l’extrait brutmétanolique sur l’état d’inflammation gastrique induit par l’éthanol à raison de 10ml/kg a été évaluée. Nous avons constaté une augmentation du malonyl dialdéhy de (MDA) et une déplétion de glutathion (GSH). Nous avons conclu que l’ extrait, administré à raison de 200 mg/kg possédait des activités anti-inflammatoire et antioxydante très intéressantes.
