الملخص

La préfabrication, une technique de construction permettant d’aboutir à la production répétitif ou la production massive en usine ou sur site des différente composants d’un bâtiment, puis les assemblées pour arriver à une construction à bas couts et exécuter dans des délais plus réduits qu’une construction traditionnelle. L’évolution de diverses technologies d’industrie a provoqué l’apparition d’une nouvelle technologie révolutionnaire :L’impression additive qui est connu par sa fa brication de masse des différents produits dans plusieurs domaines, cette technique de fabrication débute son utilisation dans une plus grande échelle surtout dans le domaine de construction, pour bénéficier de ses avantages tels que : la réduction des longs délais, de la main d’oeuvre et des déchets produit par le bâtis. Cette étude consiste à présenter les différents processus, méthodes et les avantages principaux de ces techniques et définir la relation existante entre eux dans le monde de la construction.

Prefabrication, a construction technique that can achieve the repetitive production or mass production, by creating different building components in factory or in site and assembling them to provide a construction with low costs and smaller delays than the traditional ways. The evolution in various industrial technologies has caused the appearance of a new and revolutionary technology: Additive printing is known for it’s mass production of different products in several areas, this manufacturing technique begins its debute in a larger scale utilities, mainly in the construction field, to benefit from its advantages such as reducing long dead lines, labor and wastes produced by the building. This study consists of presenting the different processes, methods and main advantages of these techniques and defining the existing relationship between them in the construction domain.
