الملخص

Une souche d’Actinobactérie isolée à partir d’un écosystéme marin, a fait l’objet de tests surmilieu solide et liquide afin de mettre en evidence la production des substances bioactives.En se basant sur l’étude des caractéristiques morphologiques, physiologiques etbiochimiques, la souche retenue a été apparentée au genre Streptomyces.Par la technique des cylindres d’agar et des stries croisées mais aussi par la méthode dediffusion des puits, la souche présentait une activité antibactérienne vis-à-vis de bacteries à Gramnégatif pathogénes (Salmonella Typhi) et de bacteries à Gram positif Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC29213) ; par contre aucune activité fongicide à l’égard de Candida albicans testée n’a été signalée.L’extraction d’antibiotiques a été réalisée en utilisant une gamme de cinq solvants organiques depolarité différente à savoir : n-butanol, acétate d’ethyl, chloroforme, dichlorométhane et hexane.Ces résultats indiquent que les Actinobacteries aquatiques constituent une sourceprometteuse pour la découverte de nouvelles molécules bioactives.

The Actinobacteriastrain isolated from a marine ecosystem was studied;on both solid and liquid media to demonstrate the production of bioactive substances.Based on the study of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, the retained strain was pertainesin the genus Streptomyces.By the technique of agar cylinders and crossed striabut also by the method of diffusion of the wells, the strain presents an antibacterial activity with respect to Gram-negative bacteria pathogenic (Salmonella Typhi) andGram-positive bacteria. Staphylococcusaureus(ATCC 29213), however, no fungicidalactivity against Candida albicanswas notices by the selected actinomycetesstrain. Antibiotic extraction was performed using a range of five organic solvents of different polarity namely: n-butanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, dichloromethane andhexane.These results indicate that aquatic Actinobacteriaare a promising source for the discovery of new bioactive molecules
