الملخص

يهدف البحث على التعرف على السلوك الإجرامي لدى مرتكبي جريمة القتل بالسجون بولاية الخرطوم ، و الكشف عن العلاقة بين دوافع السلوك الإجرامي لدى مرتكبي جرائم القتل بين متغيرات ( العمر ، نوع الجريمة ، نوع النزيل ، المستوى التعليمي ، عائد ، أول مرة) أسست على مقايس فرعية و دوافع مثل (النفسي ، الأسري ، العدائي ، الإقتصادي).توصلت الباحثة الى الآتي :- أن هناك دوافع مرتفعة للسلوك الإجرامي لدى نزلاء السجون بولاية الخرطوم.-عدم وجود أي علاقة بين الدوافع سوى كانت نفسية أو آسرية أو عدائية أو اقتصادية تعزى لمتغير نوع النزلاء سواء كان ذكراَ أو أنثى.-عدم وجود فروق في دوافع السلوك لدى النزلاء بسجون ولاية الخرطوم تعزى لنوع الجريمة المرتكبة .-عدم وجود فروق في دوافع السلوك الإجرامي لدى نزلاء السجون بولاية الخرطوم تعزى لمتغير تصنيف النزيل (عائد ، أول مرة).كما توصلت الدراسة للتوصيات الآتية:-الإهتمام بالجوانب النفسية لدافع إرتكاب الجريمة وذلك لتصميم البرامج الوقائية و الإشارف الإجتماعي بداءً بالأسرة و المدارس و الجامعات.-رفع كفاءة التوعية الإعلامية و البرامج التثقيفية و الدعوية.-الإهتمام بالمحتويات المختلفة لمحور هادف لغرز مانع إرتكاب الجرائم في المستقبل.-إدراج البرامج و الخطط المستقبلية لإدارة السجون ضمن برامج الوزارة ومن ثم ضمن برامج الدولة طويلة المدى

ترجمة الملخص

The research aims at studying crime phenomenon as an interactional phenomenon which that per veiled all human communities. The criminal behavior stimulus theme is considered as one of the most important subject matters that requires a study in the shade of economical, social , psychological and political changes which play a prominent role in increasing and prevailing of such phenomenon .however , there must be a scientific method provided with means that can curb it’s spreadness. The research may be helpful in tackling and soling different problems that bother the police guidelines , prosecution ,judiciary and psychologists in applying the law to combat crime that built on knowing and mastering over motives of committing crimes in the shade of necessary need of fighting crime which requires a reasonable degree of psychological and scientific knowledge to realize justice. The research concentrates on cognition of the criminal behavior of murderers in Khartoum state prisons to unveil the relation between the motive of criminal behavior of murderers in regard to ( age, crime type, category of inmates, educational level, recidivist or for the first time).This is based on sub-scales and motives such as psychological, family wise, aggressive, economical classification.The researcher has reached the following findings:•There is high stimulus of criminal behavior of inmates of Khartoum state.•There is no relationship between the motives either psychological, family wise, aggressive or economic activity attributed to variables of types of inmate of both genders.•There are no differences in behavior motives of inmates of prisons of Khartoum state that can attributed to the variable of inmate categorization The study also has arrived at the following recommendations:  Concentration on the psychological sides upon the motives of crime commitment through protective programs, social super vision commencing from the family, schools and universities.  Reinforcement of information awareness, cultural and DAWA (supplication to god) programs.  Care is to be taken to different contents towards a targeted pivot to reinforce protection against crime in the future. Inclusion of programs and cultural plans of prison Administration as part of the programs the ministry so as to be a part of the whole state programs in the long rangeThe study found the following result:- -There is high-motivated criminal behavior of prison inmates in Khartoum state with the most important psychological motives and hostile motives, which indicating a high proportion of shaking motivation amid the perpetrators of the killings in state of Khartoum guests. - Lack of relationship between the motives psychological, family, hostile or economic due to the variable type gender of guests. There is relationship between the committing of the offense in terms of variable age and the motives of the crime directed. No differences in behavior motivated guests in Khartoum state prisons have attributed to type of crime committed. No differences in the motives of criminal behavior of prison inmates in Khartoum state have attributed to the variable type first time – return.
