study treated the Israeli policy towards the Horn of Africa after the cold war by its foreign policy and trying to identify the nature and the style of this policy, highlighting on its principles and its component in the internal and external context , and how to make its foreign policy decisions. The study also tried to demonstrate the extent of Israeli interest with the region of the Horn of Africa due to its , with the study of the most conflict's issues in the Horn of Africa . The study handled also the geopolitical , ideological , political , economical, regional and international factors the affect the attention of Israeli policy the Horn of Africa . In another side the study dealt with of the relations between Israel and the Horn of Africa by the most important stages focusing on the normalization phases after the cold war which re-spirit the Israeli -African relations, and in this regard, has a varying relations with of this region.In the last part , the study could identify the Israeli strategies towards the Horn of Africa by focusing on the mechanics that Israel used to strengthen its relations with the region.By treating the security , political , and economical goals . This enable the study reaching the implications of to study the new international power ( Iran and turkey) and their strategic competing with Israel to gain the most of interest and influence but at the of the Horn of Africa region.
