الملخص

le but de ce travail a été de proposer une stratégie éprouvée, basée sur l’étude de la réglementation et la compréhension du procédé de dosage du principe actif terbinafine chlorhydrate de la crème LAMIDAZ ®1%, afin d’appréhender dans les meilleures conditions possibles, la mise en place d’une validation. Cette stratégie repose principalement sur les méthodes d’analyses et cela dans le but d’obtenir des résultats qui sont utilisés pour une prise de décision ; ces résultats doivent être interprétables et valide afin de présenter les conditions requises pour produire leurs effets et ainsi répondre aux besoins des clients du laboratoire pharmaceutique.

ترجمة الملخص: The aim of this study was to propose a proven strategy, based on the study of regulation and understanding of the assay process of the active ingredient terbinafine hydrochloride cream LAMIDAZ ® 1 %, in order to understand the best possible conditions the establishment of a validation. This strategy is based mainly on the analysis methods and this in order to get results that are used for decision making; these results should be interpreted and valid to present the requirements to take effect and thus meet the needs of customers of the pharmaceutical company.
