ترجمة الملخص

The study aims at identifying the level of difficulties that schools of Jerusalem face from the perspective of teachers, principals and students. The study was conducted in the academic year 2016|2017. The study sample consisted of )213(principals and teachers and )189(male and female students. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire for both principals and teachers and another questionnaire for students. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS).The study found that the level of difficulties faced by the schools in Jerusalem from principals and teachers perspective had a medium value with an average score of 3.32. The level of difficulties related to the responsible authorities (the directorate, the ministry, and the supervising authority) came first, while the level of difficulties related to human cadres (Principals, teachers, and educational supervisors) came last. The level of difficulties from the students' perspective had a medium value with an average score of 3.00. The highest averages of the level of difficulties related to the field of rules and regulations, while the lowest average of the level of difficulties related to the school itself.The study found that there are no differences between the scores of the principals and teachers due to the variables of the job title and the place of ح‌residence. However, there are differences due to the variable of supervising authority for the benefit of the public schools. As for the students, there are differences according to sex variable for girls, and there are differences due to the variables of the place of residence and the academic stream. The sample of the study from principals and teachers refer to a number of difficulties facing Jerusalem schools such as the checkpoints of Israeli occupation, arrests and Judaization, reduction of salaries, lack of adequate financial support for the schools in Jerusalem and the lack of interest in the educational material.In the light of the results, the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Higher Education should communicate with the schools in the city of Jerusalem consciously. Also, the budgets of the schools of Jerusalem should be raised to enhance the level of education and to diversify teaching methods using different teaching tools.Th research had an experimental study whose results were presented on the teachers,results were widely discussed and some recommendations were available to implement
