الملخص

En réponse à notre thématique de recherche intitulée « Le financement bancaire des PME/PMI dans le cadre du crédit d'exploitation » et pour approfondir nos travaux de recherche, nous avons effectué un stage dans une banque National d’Algérie, qui nous a permis d'étudier les archives du crédit d'exploitation. L'objectif principal de notre approche est de comprendre les modes de financement des PME à travers le système bancaire algérien. Au terme de nos travaux, nous avons déduit que les procédures et moyens de financement des PME/PMI à travers les banques algériennes, notamment, sont très limités. En effet, la plupart des banques n’interviennent pas sur les marchés financiers ; le crédit interentreprises et les obligations convertibles, par exemple, sont totalement inexistants.

ترجمة الملخص

In order to answer our research topic entitled: bank financing of SME/PMIin the case of operating credit and to deepen our research work, we carried out an internship with the External Bank of Algeria which allowed us to study a dossier of an operating credit. The main aim of our approach is to know the financing methods of SME through the Algerian banking system. At the end of our work, we have deduced that the financing of SME through the Algerian banks is particularly by the BNA, is very limited in terms of procedure and modalities. Indeed, the majority of banks do not intervene in the financial markets, for example, inter-company loans and convertible bonds are totally absent.
