ترجمة الملخص

Recently, education has witnessed important noticeable influential development in all its sectors especially in the field of learning depending on modern technology ,the fact which makes those responsible for the education process followup with the enormous knowledge development via finding the newest techniques of teaching –learning and moving towards the recent educational theories and adopting effective educational models that guarantee the cognition progress and which is applicable in reality and also ensure achieving the best expected results. Therefore the present study engrosses a large part of a new model in learning to fulfill the following purposes:-1-adopting Merrill Model in teaching School Theatre for the 3rd grade in the Artistic Education dept./college of Basic Education /Diyala University.2-measuring the effectiveness of Merrill Modal Via applying it on an experimental sample from the 3rd year students of Artistic Education dept./college of Basic education / Diyala University ,for the academic year 2011-2012.3-depending on the school Theatre in other subjects in order to melodramatize them to drive students away from boring resulted from following the traditional methods in teaching those subjects and this what has been proved by the results of the studies tackled in this concern.The experimental design with two equivalent groups has been used in the present study .It is one of the experimental research designs that is exactly elaborated due to its advantages which match with the present study.This study is applied on 50 male and female students as the population of the study from the 3rd grade in the Artistic Education Dept./college of Basic Education/ Diyala university,A 25 students represent the experimental group and the other 25 students represent the controlling group in section(A) .The researcher also takes 60 male and female students as the surveying group in section(B) and after controlling the variables of (age ,background in its both sides cognition and proficiency ,teacher)then the educational programme has been applied according to Merrill Theory on the experimental group which the controlling one has been taught according to another method adopted by specialists in the department .The researcher has used two instruments to measure the effectiveness of the Model in the students performance which are:-1-performance test(cognitive) to measure the learning effectiveness in the subject of School Theatre.2-elaborate test (professional)to measure the mastery of performance for a learner of the artistic skills in school Theatre.The two instruments have succumbed to the conditions of validity and reliability and to the statistic analysis of data using the (T.test) for the two equal samples of the study .The results have shown that the experimental group that studies according to Merrill Model exceeds in its cognition and proficiency ,the controlling one. Thus the study has concluded that the presentation forms presented to learners according to the Model which include two dimensions of educational purposes(performance &content) and within its various levels of educational activities, actions and organized programmed and logically serialized and the feed-back test to assess the activities and their goals. All these have led to the superiority of the experimental group in the cogitation and proficiency achievement test which makes the adopted educational model, via its results, exceeds the other usual methods that do not depend on education models and designs in teaching School B Theatre because this model balances the cognition and proficiency dimensions.The success of this or other models in educational design especially followed in this study (Merrill Model) refers to the necessity of generalizing it on many specialties in education domain especially in those having two dimensions cognitive and professional due to its ability to elaborate between the two mentioned dimensions and to urge teaching staffs to follow and adopt in syllabus. The researcher suggests to tackle more future studies in experimenting the teaching -learning design theories to provide the opportunity for this domain in education in order to increase it.
