ترجمة الملخص

The study aimed to identify Leadership of Change among Public Secondary School Principals in Jerash Governorate and its relationship to the degree of school excellence from the teachers' point of view. The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in the Jerash Directorate in the academic year (2023/2024), included (1838) male and female teachers. The number of male teachers was (759) and females (1079) teachers, and the study sample consisted of (317) male and female teachers, including (140) male and (177) female teachers, who were selected using a simple random sampling method, and the descriptive correlational survey method was used, and to collect Data A questionnaire was developed as a tool for the study. The results showed that the degree of practicing leadership of Change among secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate from the teachers’ point of view was high. The results also showed that the degree of school excellence from the teachers’ point of view was high. The results also indicated that there was A positive correlation between the average estimates of the study sample for the degree of Practicing Leadership of Change among secondary school principals in Jerash Governorate and the degree of school excellence from the teachers' point of view. In light of the results, the study recommends work to allocate part of the school’s budget to the needs of the change process, work to encourage teachers for professional growth and join to post graduate programs, and present facilities, adopt philosophy of change to achieve school excellence performance.
