الملخص

This project presents a detailed study of a residential building consisting of a ground floor over (04) floors, located in the wilaya of Tissemsilt. This region is classified in seismic zone IIa according to RPA99 version 2003.Using new rules for the calculation and verification of reinforced concrete (RPA99 version 2003, BAEL91 modified99), this study is made up of four parts:The first begins the general description of the project with a presentation of the characteristics of the materials, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descent of the loads.The second part aims to study the secondary elements (joists, stairs, parapet and balcony).The dynamic study of the structure was started in the third part by softwareETABSin order to determine the various stresses due to the loads (permanent loads, operating and seismic load).At the end, the study of the resistant elements of the structure (columns, beams, walls, general raft) will be calculated in the last part () Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d'un bâtiment à usage d'habitation composé d’un Rez de chaussée plus (04) étages, implanté dans la wilaya de Tissemsilt. Cette région est classée en zone sismique IIa selon le RPA99 version 2003.En utilisant des nouveaux règlements de calcul et de vérifications du béton armé (RPA99 version 2003, BAEL91 modifié 99), cette étude se compose de quatre parties :La première entame la description générale du projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux, ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges.La deuxième partie a pour objectif d'étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère et balcon).L'étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d'exploitation et charge sismique).En fin l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles, radier général) sera calculé dans la dernière partie.
