ترجمة الملخص

The topic of wills according to the scholars of hadith (132-656 AH) is one of the topics that deserves study, because the wills carried within them many religious, political, social, economic, intellectual and educational aspects and what they included of words that indicate a lesson and sermon, and what they left of an impact on the souls of the general public not only in words butin human behavior, as it makes him feel fear of God Almighty, and from here came the goal of the research in studying the wills of the scholars of hadith, and due to the nature of the topic, the study relied on the historical analytical method to stand on the wills of the scholars of hadith and give a clear picture of the subject of the study.The research was divided into four chapters, preceded by an introduction, and the thesis was supplemented by a conclusion and appendices in which I referred to the most important results and historical figures who left us their wills. In the first chapter, I discussed the concept of the will and its historical roots. In the second chapter, the most important religious and political wills of the scholars of hadith were mentioned. In the third chapter, we addressed the economic and social wills of the scholars of hadith. We devoted the fourth chapter to studying the intellectual and educational aspects of the wills of the scholars of hadith.In this study, we used a set of methods that are appropriate to the nature of each topic. If the researcher relied in his study on the historical method in achieving the objectives of the study, the descriptive method that is concerned with describing the commandments with an accurate description, and the deductive method that helped in extracting the religious and educational principles and analyzing and explaining the contents of the commandments, In addition to what we found to be in need of criticism, analysis, description, and comparison between historical narratives, we took the causes of each case along with what the research process and the appropriate method require to understand the commandments and convey their idea to the reader and the audience in a clear manner.
