ترجمة الملخص

The research dealt with capital marketes in six Arab Countries and those are: Egypt Securitymarket , carried values in Al-dar Al-Baidha’, Amman security market , Al-Kuwait security market, Saudi stock AND Tunis security market.The research aimed at characterizing the most important indexes that explain Arab capitalmarketes performance, determine the Variables of monetary policy that concerns capital marketes performance ,in addition to showing the results that emerge from monetary policy Variables (money supply, interest rate, exchange rate, inflation rate) as being independent variens upon most important indexes of the performance of the capital marketes (stock price index, market value, volume traded) as dependent variens that is by using the style of regression multiply. The analysis relied on seasonal data through the period 1994 (the fourth Quarter)-2001(The Fourth Quarter) .The study includes four main chapters. The first dealt with capital marketes and the indexes of performance measurement which contained two main themes, the second dealt with monetary policy and investment environment, which contained three main themes, while the third contained evaluation performance of Arab capital marketes and had two main themes and the fourth chapter dealt with analyzing and testing the relation ship between monetary policy Variables and those of performance of certain Arab capital marketes and included two main themes.The study was ended by a group of results and recommendations.
