الملخص

La pollution des sols par les hydrocarbures constitue une menace important pour l’environnement et la santé humaine.Des solutions efficaces doivent, donc, être appliquées rapidement afin de restaurer l’équilibre naturel. Le présent travail fait appel à la capacité des microorganismes à dégrader ces polluants en composés moins toxiques.La synthèse des deux études réalisées dans notre région relatives à l’étude de l’effet des hydrocarbures sur les propriétés du sol notamment les propriétés microbiologiques a révélé que les carburants affectent positivement le nombre de champignons. Le travail réalisé au laboratoire a permis d’identifier plusieurs espèces de champignons par rapport au travail réalisé sur le terrain. D’après ces résultats, nous pouvons conclure que l’évaluation de la qualité microbiologique du sol s'est révélée assez satisfaisante pour la quantification de l’impact des carburants sur le sol.

Pollution of soils poses a significant threat to the environment and human health. Effective solutions must therefore be applied quickly in order to restore the natural balance.This work calls on the ability of microorganisms to break down these pollutants into less toxic compounds.The synthesis of the two studies carried out in our region relating to the study of the effect of hydrocarbons on soil properties, particularly microbiological properties, revealed that fuels positively affect the number of fungi. The work done in the laboratory has identified several species of fungi compared to the work done in the field.From these results we can conclude that the evaluation of the microbiological quality of the soil has been found to be quite satisfactory for the quantification of the impact of fuels on the soil.
