This research based on the study of relationship between population growth and transformative industries ( in its four branches: nourishment , textile , chemistry and engineering ) and how population growth effect on this industries . the matter of the research is the blurred impact of population growth on the development of transformative industries in Syria and the lack of knowing about the capacity of transformative industries in its two sectors ( public and private) to provide job opportunities and contribution in the GDP ( gross domestic product ) according to the annual increasing of population . this research aims to show the situation of main transformative industries in Syria according to the population growth in Syria throw studying the current and future case ,showing the reasons of development ,the changing in population size in the future ,knowing the volume of labour forces in the field of transformative industries ,the possibility of these sectors to absorb these effective economy of population ,showing the fact of transformative industries and showing the relation between changing in the transformative industries according to the population increasing.The study bases on analysis and descriptive concept which depends on collecting data,analysing them and obtaining results through studying time series according to ( spss) program to analyse these data and prove the correctness of hypothesis set.This study has proved the relationship between added volume of the transformative industries(in its different sectors except chemistry ) with population , the existence of relationship between human resourcespolicy and the population , and there is a consensus between investigation policy in the total economic according to population amount and there is a development role of the two sectors product of the transformative industries.
