The aim of the research is to identify the impact of the training program on gymnastics skills by designing a form for scientific research skills and designing a training program according to information technology software for the most important scientific research skills, and then knowing the effect of the training program for the most important scientific research skills and their impact on some gymnastics skills.As for the research problem, the epidemiological situation the country is going through and the educational process, the study went towards integrated e-learning which was one of the reasons for the study, the researcher sought to find a scientific logic that cares and simulates the thinking processes associated with cognitive achievement.The research sample included, who are the third stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year 2020-2021, which numbered (148) students, sample building the scale and (30) students of the experimental sample.It corresponds to three gymnastics skills that were determined by the teaching curriculum approved by the Ministry and for the first semester, where the researcher began testing gymnastics skills and presented the scale to the sample members by means of the Classroom program,And then applying the training program prepared by the researcher according to the training units at a rate of
