الملخص

La ville d’El Oued est exposée à la contrainte de rareté de l’eau par sa situation en milieu désertique à climat aride. Ceci pousse les autorités à penser au traitement des eaux usées, et ce pour son avantage de protection des ressources hydriques souterraines (seul apport hydrique de la région).La présente étude a pour déterminer le fonctionnement de la station de traitement des eaux usées (station de HASSNI ABDELKRIM) de type lagunage aéré, avec le but de vérifier son efficacité de traitement sur trois ans, et de s’assurer ainsi de la possibilité de la réutilisation des eaux usées traitées en agriculture. Cette étude a montré un abattement moyen de l’ordre de 92% pour la DBO5, 90% pour les MES et 87% pour la DCO. La qualité des eaux épurées est presque conforme aux normes algériennes de rejet des eaux usées (pour la majorité des paramètres). On peut conclure que ce système peut être utilisé comme une solution écologique et économique pour l’épuration des eaux usées dans la région d'EL OUED.

تتعرض مدينة الوادي لمشكل ندرة المياه بسبب موقعها في بيئة صحراوية ذات مناخ جاف. مما دفع السلطات للتفكير في معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، وهذا لميزتها في حماية موارد المياه الجوفية (المصدر الوحيد للمياه في المنطقة).الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو متابعة تشغيل محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي (محطة حساني عبد الكريم ) ذات نظام أحواض التهوية، بهدف التحقق من كفاءة معالجتها على مدى ثلاث سنوات ، وبالتالي ضمان إمكانية إعادة استخدام المياه المستعملة المعالجة في الزراعة. أظهرت هذه الدراسة انخفاضا في المتوسط بحوالي 92 ٪ لـBOD5 ، 90 ٪ لـ MES و 87 ٪ لـ COD.من أجل تحسين جودة التدفق النهائي ، أجريت اختبارات على التدفق النهائي للمحطة. تتوافق جودة المياه المعالجة تقريبا مع المعايير الجزائرية لتصريف مياه الصرف (لمعظم العوامل). ويمكن استنتاج أن هذا النظام يمكن استخدامه كحل إيكولوجي واقتصادي لمعالجة المياه المستعملة في منطقة الوادي. (The city of El Oued is exposed to the constraint of water scarcity by its situation in a desert environment with arid climate. This pushes the authorities to think about the treatment of wastewater, and this for its advantage of protecting the underground water resources (only water supply of the region). The purpose of this study is to determine the operation of the wastewater treatment plant (HASSANI ABDELKRIM station) of aerated lagoon type, with the aim of verifying its treatment efficiency over three years, and thus to ensure the possibility of reuse of treated wastewater in agriculture. This study showed an average reduction of about 92% for DBO5 for MES and 87% for DCO. In order to improve the quality of the final effluent, tests were carried out on the final effluent of the station. The quality of treated water is almost in line with Algerian wastewater discharge standards (for most parameters). It can be concluded that this system can be used as an ecological and economical solution for wastewater treatment in the EL- OUED region).
