ترجمة الملخص

This study made between Aprils 2011 and June 2012 in order to identify the role of networking in promoting integration in the work within the institutions from the perspective of managers and staff in institutions Environmental NGOs Network Palestinian, and identify the positive and negative role of networking in order to promote integration so in order to achieve this purpose, the researcher was use a questionnaire tools to collect data.The study sample was selected to be representative of their communities depending on the statistical basis for sampling in accessible way. The sample consisted of (76) of the managers and staff of the Palestinian NGO Network, the questionnaire distributed to lucky sample in NGOs in Ramallah, the result that was collected using statistical program like (SPSS).We can show that there are an integration between companies in Palestinian Environmental NGOs by applied the networking according communicate the information’s and Experiences between networking companies, and build the Capabilities of partners company and impact the general policy according some activities like (Water Harvest) in region occupied by Israel that prevent any one to reach to these region, also improve some services in remote villages in spite of applying the networking in companies make companies in active way but the civil institutions Palestinian Environmental facing many problems in the application of system networking between civil institutions Palestinian Environmental, and faces many obstacles and factors that limit the effectiveness of the application ofnetworking: The most important obstructions is that the programs implemented by civil society imposed by the financiers, also there are a differences between the companies in opinion and Priorities.The researchrecommends improveing polices, system, laws to support using networking in civil organization ,provideingthe integrity in in civil organization,provideing government support and internal support in civil organization ,there are necessities of supporting the staff and volunteer program and reduce the restriction in order to work in NGOs,in creaseing the solutions in order to reduce the social problems, financial problems, and political problems that reduce the communication between NGOs in Palestine
