الملخص

L'activité d'une collection de huit souches bactériennes endophytes initialement isolées de plantes spontanées et appartenant aux genres Bacillus spp. Et Pseudomonas spp. sur la levée et la stimulation de la croissance du blé dur (Triticum durum Desf.) cv. Hidab, du concombre (Cucumis sativus L.) cv. Marketer et de la tomate (Lycopersicum esculentum L.) cv. Marmande a été testée au cours de ce travail. L'estimation de l'effet de la promotion de la croissance in vitro met en évidence la sécrétion d'hormones comme l'AIA et des enzymes telles que la catalase ainsi que la solubilisation du phosphore; la levée et la croissance des plantes. La solubilisation du phosphore a été mise en évidence chez toutes les bactéries endophytes testées, elle varie de 2,07 à 19,56 mg/l). De même, la production d'AIA est un caractère métabolique présent chez les souches de Bacillus et de Pseudomonas testées, elle varie de 1,59 à 28,02 µg/ml. D'autres traits biochimiques ont été détectés chez ces souches endophytes, comme la production de produits volatils tels que l'HCN et l'ammoniac. Les résultats des tests de la promotion de la croissance in planta montrent une production de l'enzyme ACC désaminase, ainsi qu'un effet phytostimulateur significatif sur la croissance induit par les bactéries endophytes. Pseudomonas spp. PS1 se montre comme la souche ayant l'effet le plus marquant sur la phytostimulation des trois espèces étudiées en particulier sur le concombre. Des gains appréciables ont été obtenus pour l'ensemble des paramètres étudiés enregistrés par la souche Pseudomonas spp. PS1. Pour l'ensemble des paramètres étudiés, les vitro-semis bactérisés des trois espèces testées ont révélé une augmentation de la promotion de la croissance comparés aux témoins.

The collection activity of eight endophytes bacterial strains initially isolated from spontaneous plants and pertaining to the kinds Bacillus spp. and Pseudomonas spp. on the lifting and the stimulation of the growth of the durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) cv. Hidab, of the cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) cv. Marketer and of the tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum L.) cv. Marmande was tested during this work. The estimation of the promotion effect of in vitro growth highlights the secretion of hormones like the AIA and the enzymes such as the catalase as well as the solubilization of phosphorus. The solubilization of phosphorus was highlighted in all the endophytes bacteria tested on solid medium and liquid and varies (2,07 -19,56 mg/l). In the same way, the production of AIA is a metabolic character present at the stocks of Bacillus and Pseudomonas tested at varying rates of 1,59 to 28,02 μg/ml. Other biochemical features were detected at these endophytes stocks, like the production of volatile products such as the HCN and ammonia. The results of the tests in planted show a production of enzyme ACC desaminase, as well as significant a phyto-stimulator effect on the growth induced by the endophytes bacteria. Pseudomonas spp. PS1 is shown like the stock having an outstanding effect on the phyto-stimulation of the three species studied in particular on cucumber. Appreciable profits were obtained for the whole of the studied parameters recorded by the stock Pseudomonas spp. PS1. For the whole of the studied parameters, bacterized of the three species tested revealed an increase in the promotion of the growth compared to the controls.
