الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة على الإبداع الإداري في جامعة غرداية، بحيث تم إبراز أهم عمليات إدارة المعرفة (تشخيص، توليد، تخزين، نشر وتوزيع، تطبيق المعرفة) ومدى تطبيقها لدى كوادر جامعة غرداية، ودورها في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري لديهم. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لوصف مختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة والإبداع الإداري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم توزيع 58 استبانة على مختلف كوادر الجامعة، استرجعنا منها 48 استبانة واعتبرت 41 منها صالحة للدراسة، وقد تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS v26). توصلت الدراسة في النهاية إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: عدم وجود تأثير نسبي إيجابي ودال إحصائياً لتبني عمليات إدارة المعرفة لدى مستخدمي جامعة غرداية. وجود تأثير إيجابي ودال إحصائياً لمحددات الإبداع الإداري لدى مستخدمي جامعة غرداية. عدم وجود تأثير إيجابي ودال إحصائياً لتأثير عمليات إدارة المعرفة على أبعاد الإبداع الإداري. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمتغيرات الشخصية تؤثر على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. وهذا ما دفع بنا لوضع جملة من الاقتراحات أهمها: ضرورة توعية العاملين وتدريبهم على المفاهيم المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة كمفهوم إداري حديث، وضرورة المطالبة بهامش أوسع من الوصاية لممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة وكذا تشجيع الإبداع الإداري وإشاعة روح التنافس وتشجيع الإبداع بين العاملين.

This study aimed to know the effect of applying knowledge management processes on administrative creativity at the University of Ghardaia, so that the most important processes of knowledge management (diagnosis, generation, storage, dissemination and distribution, application of knowledge) were highlighted and the extent of their application among the cadres of the University of Ghardaia, and their role in achieving administrative creativity to them.Depending on the descriptive approach to describe the various aspects related to knowledge management and administrative creativity and the case study approach in the applied aspect, 58 questionnaires were distributed to the various staff of the University of Ghardaia, we retrieved 48 of them, 41 of which were considered valid for study, and they were analyzed using (SPSS v26).Finally, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the absence of a positive and statistically significant effect of the adoption of knowledge management processes among staff of the University of Ghardaia, we have an existence positive and statistically significant effect of the administrative creativity determinants among staff of the University of Ghardaia, the absence of a positive and statistically significant effect of the impact of management processes Knowledge of the dimensions of administrative creativity, the absence of statistically significant differences of personal variables that affect the achievement of administrative creativity among the individuals of the study sample, and this prompted us to develop a set of suggestions, the most important of which are: the necessity of educating workers and training them on concepts related to knowledge management as a modern management concept, the necessity to demand a margin Wider than guardianship to practice knowledge management processes, as well as encouraging administrative creativity, spreading the spirit of competition and encouraging creativity among employees.
