الملخص
mudlogging is an important activity in the process of drilling, it's considered as safety gears, so are the collected data from the services. this unit consists of 3 main parts: geological observation, mud and controlling the drilling settings and gas detectors. in this dissertation, we attempt to explain the importance of geological observation in the process of drilling and exploration of oil, and that's through: presenting the different types of sensors used to capture the settings of certain holes presenting the gas indicator and the results of coring
