This paper came under the title (The Objectives of Imam al-Qurafi, an Application to the Book of Differences), and this research aims to clarify the effort made by Imam al-Qurafi in the science of objectives.Where the main research question is to clarify this effort and the role that Imam al-Qurafi performed in the science of objectives, and the research question is also to clarify the approach that Imam al-Qurafi adopted to carry out this role, which is to contribute to the science of objectives, and the problem of research enables the clarification and clarification of the objectives of the Imam al-Qurafi about By finding some applications from the door of worship and transactions through the Book of Differences.The researcher used the inductive analytical community, by analyzing what was extrapolated from the book on differences and relevant sources and references.The study reached several results, the most important of which is: that the research reveals the intended ijtihad aspect of the Qurafi mark by focusing on the response of the partial branches represented in the issues to a total jurisprudential base that collects these branches and acts as a control for them and their counterparts. Imam al-Qarafi - may God have mercy on him - collected a wealth of jurisprudential, fundamentalist, linguistic and material sciences that gave him a scientific increase that surpassed many of his peers and freed him from the tenderness of imitation, and his fatwas were appropriate for the ease and tolerance of legislation. The researcher also recommends the following through research:The necessity of paying attention to the subjective capabilities and research qualifications of the researcher in Sharia sciences; This helps in completing and completing scientific research faster and achieving the goals and objectives for which this research aims, which is to enrich the Islamic legal library.The need to pay attention to teaching the subject of linking the branches to the origins, similar to the fundamentalist school of jurists, which helps in the jurisprudential conditioning of the problems and calamities facing Muslims, and thus the flourishing of Islamic jurisprudence. Forensic students should search, excavate, and extract notes that benefit the public.
