الملخص

La salinité des eaux et des sols représente un problème majeur particulièrement dans les zones semi-arides et arides. Elle exerce des effets nuisibles sur les plantes et par conséquence une diminution de la production végétale. Le but de ce travail est d’étudier l’influence de la concentration saline et du Potentiel hydrogène pH sur la croissance et le développement de la courgette Cucurbita pepo L variété «quarantaine» cultivé en hors sol. Pour étudier la réponse de la courgette aux différents traitements testés dans notre expérimentation, nous avons effectué des mesures biométriques, des dosages de quelques paramètres biochimiques et de déterminer certains paramètres de production. L'impact du stress salin sur les plantes de la courgette révèle une réduction de croissance, bien que, la correction des eaux salines naturelles par l’addition d’éléments nutritifs, des acides et des oligo-éléments permet d’améliorer considérablement la croissance et le développement de ces plantes notamment à travers la plus part des paramètres biométriques, de production et biochimiques.

The aim of this study is to stady the influence of salinity and potential hydrogenate on growth and development of the species of Cucurbita pepo Lvariety «quarantaine».To study the response of zucchini to the various treatments tested in our experimentation, we made biometric measurements, and dosages of the biochimical parameters. The impact of salt stress on plants showed reduced growth, Conversely the correction of naturals a line water by the addition of nutrients improved considerably the growth and the development of these plants in particular through more the share of the measured biometric parameters.
