الملخص

La PME a été depuis longtemps l’une des forces majeures de l’économie nationale, elle a connu différentes réformes et programmes d’appuis qui lui ont permis d’être au centre de l’arène économique. C’est dans la perspective de ces différents développements, que nous avons voulus comprendre à travers ce travail comment ces entreprises sont-elles régies et comment fonctionnent-elles au quotidien, en d’autres termes nous avons voulues étudier l’organisation et la gestion de la PME algérienne.Pour cela nous avons menées une enquête auprès de 17 PME activant dans le secteur des BRSA de la wilaya de Bejaia, afin de comprendre comment ces PME se structurent, répartissent les différentes tâches, prennent les décisions et réagissent aux variations de leurs environnement.

The SME have been for many years the most powerful of the national economy, having known different reforms and programs which allowed her to be at the center of the economic arena. It is in its developments’ perspective that we wanted to know through this project how this companies are governed and how they work on a daily basis, in other words we wanted to study the management and the organization of the Algerian SME.For this, we conduct an investigation on 17 SME that act in the sector of the soft drinks(BRSA) of Bejaia city, in order to understand how this companies form themselves, distribute the tasks, make decisionsand react to the environment variations
