الملخص

Suite aux problèmes rencontrés dans les réseaux d’assainissement, l’état Algérien aprocédé à la création d’un Office National d’Assainissement (O.N.A), qui est chargé de l’exploitation et de gestion des réseaux. Pour pouvoir accompagner ses acteurs de gestion des réseaux dans leur noble mission ,notre présent travail s’est concentré sur les tâches de trois unités principales, en l’occurrence :Bejaia, Bouira et Tizi Ouzou. L’objectif de notre travail est réparti sur trois étapes d’approches :- Présentation des différents travaux et moyens utilisés dans la gestion par l’O.N.A ;- Description techniques des réseaux d’assainissement ;- Etude et comparaison des résultats obtenus de deux paramètres indicateurs : curage et quantification des déchets extraits du réseau.

Following the problems encountered in sanitation networks, the Algerian state has created a National Sanitation Office (O.N.A), which is responsible for the operation and management of the networks. To be able to accompany its actors management of networks in their noble mission, our present work has focused on the tasks of three main units, in the occurrence : Bejaia, Bouira and Tizi Ouzou. The objective of our work is distributed on three stages of approach : - Presentation of the various works and means used in the management by O.N.A ; - Technical description of sewerage networks ; - Study and comparison of the results obtained from two indicators parameters : cleaning and quantification of waste extracted from the network. فى اعقاب المشاكل التي واجهتها شبكات الصرف الصحي انشات الدولة الجزائرية مكتبا للصرف الصحي الوطني و لكي نكون قادرين على دعم الجهات الفاعلة في ادارة الشبكات في مهمتهم النبيلة فقد ركز عملنا الحالي على مهام ثلاث و هو مسؤول عن تشغيل و ادارة شبكات الصرف الصحي )ONA(وحدات رئيسة في هاده الحالة بجاية الوبرة و تيزي وزو ينقسم هدف عملنا الى ثلاث مراحل من النهج -عرض الاعمال المختلفة و الوسائل المستخدمة فالإدارة-وصف فني لشبكات الصرف الصحي -دراسة ومقارنة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها عن طريق مؤشر تنظيف وتقدير كمية النفايات المستخرجة من الشبكة الصحية.
