الملخص

Résumé : Cette étude a été conduite dans un verger de poirier situé dans la zone de Bouzaher, wilaya de Ain Defla au cours de l’année 2014/2015. L’objectif était de voir l’effet des variations climatiques sur le comportement d’une variété semi précoce (Santa maria). Des pieds d’arbres ont été choisis avec un nombre limité de bourgeons végétatifs sous deux critères à savoir ; la classe de vigueur et l’orientation des pousses. Ainsi des suivis phénologiques avec des relevés journaliers de température et de pluviométrie ont été entrepris. La variété Santa maria n’a pas pu satisfaire ses besoins en heures de froid. Les besoins en froid enregistrés pour cette campagne sont de l’ordre de 857 heures. Un avancement assez important de débourrement et de floraison de la variété a été soulevé par rapport aux deux années précédentes (2012/2013 et 2013/2014). L’orientation des pousses ou les bourgeons ont été positionnés a donné un effet très prononcé en terme de taux de débourrement et de floraison de la variété. ملخص: أجريت هذه الدراسة في بستان للإجاص في منطقة بوزاهر ولاية عين الدفلى خلال العام 2014/2015. و الهدف منها هو معرفة تأثير التغيرات المناخية على سلوك صنف مبكر من الإجاص (Santa maria). و قد تم اختيار عدد من الأشجار مع عدد محدود من البراعم الخضرية في معيارين، هما: قوة الجذع واتجاه النمو. بالإضافة إلى متابعات فيزيولوجية مع القراءات اليومية لدرجة الحرارة والتساقط التي تم الاطلاع عليها. صنف Santa maria لم تلبي احتياجاتها من ساعات البرودة. حيث أن احتياجات البرودة لهذه السنة في حدود 857 ساعة، مما أدى إلى التقدم الكبير للتبرعم والإزهار مقارنة يالسنتين السابقتين (2012/2013 و2013/2014). وقد أثر توجه البراعم و تمركزها تأثير واضح جدا من خلال معدل التبرعم و الإزهار لهذا الصنف من الإجاص Summary: This study was conducted in a pear orchard in Bouzaher area, in Ain Defla departement during the 2014/2015 year. The goal was to see the effect of climate changes on the behavior of a semi early variety (Santa Maria). Feet of trees have been chosen with a limited number of vegetative buds in two criteria, namely; class force and direction of growth. Thus phenological followed with daily readings of temperature and rainfall has been undertaken. The variety Santa Maria could not satisfy his needs cold hours. The cooling requirements for this campaign are recorded in the order of 857 hours. Quite a progress of budding and flowering of the variety has been raised by the previous two years (2012/2013 and 2013/2014). The orientation of shoots or buds were positioned gave a very pronounced effect in terms of bud burst rate and flowering variety.
