ترجمة الملخص

This research has focused on studying the linguistic phenomenas and their impact on the Islamic ruling, through a few books, one of which is “Al-mohasel LeMosnad Imam Ahmad bin Hanbil”, also, “Kotob Al-Ebadat”, and to illustrate their influence on the judgements of the scholars. This studying was based on the research of meanings through The words of the prophet. Moreover, to draw out and extract the ones which have an impact on the Islamic ruling and how the scholars took advantage out of it. The aforementioned scientific study has come with an introduction, where the goals of the research, reasons of choosing, the curriculum, the problem and the previous studies related to to the subject which was demonstrated. Then, the research started with an introduction consists of two translations; the first one was for Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal, the second was for Shaikh Abdullah Bin Ibrahim Al-Qr’awi, the writer of a book called “Al-Mohasel ” First section was titled “Acoustic Phenomenas”, detailed in two chapters. first; The Story of the Sound. Second; pronunciation convergence for meanings convergence. In both chapters some sound-related pronunciations and their impact on the Islamic ruling were mentioned. Second section, titled “Morphological Phenomenas” demonstrated in three chapters. first; polysemy for the multiplicity of morphological formulas. Second; polysemy of the multiplicity for per formula. Third; interchangeability of formulas. Third section, titled “Lexical Phenomenas” illustrated in five chapters. First; synonymous words in Hadiths which are related to solely one subject. Second; Words with similar pronunciation but different in meanings. Third; Arabized words and their impact on the Islamic ruling. Fourth: talked about Semantic development for some words and their impact. Fifth; discussed the exotic words in Hadiths and how the scholars benefited from it. Last but not least; in the conclusion I mentioned the results and the findings of the research
