Structural and functional international organism with an economic dimension supervising the sport events' organization; where this organism consists of three main-parts: , IOC, and IPC.The sport event is a sport competition, and also a well crafted industry from another side, with different objectives. Thus, designing a sport event and planning to organize it, based on the needed aim and objective of hosting it.Hosting sport event project starts with bidding, which based on understanding the economic background of the International organism, I.e. the relationship with its Economic partners; where the competition is really strong to win the "honor" of hosting the sport event. Hence, it is a very important matter to direct competitions, serving international development by sport. Sport is Real Estates Sector related throughout been appeared in form of sport venues, residential , and commercial real estates. And, it is an Industrial Sector related by offering sport tourism as service product, with any other product whether been spectator sports-related or participation sports-related, or sporting goods, apparel, athletic shoes, and Sports-Related Products. Besides, acting via organizational and structural aspect which results revenue and benefits due to Professional Sport; and thus, sport be Commercial Sector related, respecting sport economics' markets' principals throughout product marketing. The success of hosting the sport event is related to the availability of funding the event projects, which means providing all activities sport-related in the different economic sectors with all possible different financing sources, such as Broadcasting, Sponsoring, or Licensing.As well as, that success is measured by the volume of obtained legacy, which includes the projected impacts on the main macroeconomics' variables, which can also justify the cost of organizing the event, whatever it be huge or not. All of the above gave us a general perception projected in the study of Algeria, over [2000-2016], where we designed one final estimated statistical and economical model, rather than econometric one, illustrating the impacts of sport events on the Algerian local economy.
