The study aims to shed light on the importance of applying Six Sigma in improving governance at the University Center Si Hawas Barika, by adopting the DMAIC improvement methodology to identify the processes that take place in the organization and extract critical determinants of quality, and then use it as a standard for measuring deviations, analyzing the problem and then taking improvement actions ;In order to achieve the goal, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied on, by focusing on the national reference to ensure the internal quality of higher education a starting point for extracting governance processes and conformity standards, which helped in building the study tools represented in the questionnaire and the interview. 23questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved, and an interview was conducted with 23 officials in the center, where the SPSS program was used to measure the average application of governance processes at the university center;The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the possibility of relying on the national reference to ensure the internal quality of higher education institutions to prepare a map of governance operations at the University Center in Barika; Preparing a map of governance processes using Six Sigma allows to measure the level of quality for each general process based on the SixSigma Metric Calculator program; It is possible to rely on the average student test to improve governance processes at the University Center in Barika. The study also produced a number of negative results, : A high average for the application of the following general processes: support and commitment of senior management, human resources, continuous improvement, feedback, while the poor quality level was reached.
