ترجمة الملخص

This thesis aims to identify the impact of the application of total quality management on the performance of administrative leaders in one of the most important service sectors, the telecommunications sector, by identifying the extent to which the performance of administrative leaders in the companies under study is affected after the application of the philosophy of total quality management.This study was built on a main hypothesis based on the assumption that the application of total quality management has an impact on the performance of administrative leaders and was measured by three sub-hypotheses related to (the directional roles of administrative leaders, information roles and decision roles) that reflect the extent to which the performance of these leaders has improved after the application of total quality management.This study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, targeting the administrative leaders in the two companies, Al-Madar and Libyana, located in the city of Tripoli, which numbered (2) companies. All administrative leaders were targeted, as (64) forms were distributed, which were prepared for the purpose of this study. A questionnaire which represents the study sample.The study reached results, the most important of which was the presence of an impact of the application of total quality management on the roles played by the administrative leaders in the two companies, Al-Madar and Libyana in Tripoli, the subject of the study, but this study concluded that the improvement is relatively high in the roles played by the administrative leaders. One of the most important of these is increasing attention to the level of total quality management, focusing on communication methods and the decision-making process, and focusing on the directional process
