الملخص

La croissance rapide des villes et la complexité de leurs systèmes urbains mettent en évidence la difficulté d’agir sur le tissu urbain en plus particulier en matière de logistique urbaine malgré que cette dernière démarre et aboutit en ville et se considère comme un ingrédient essentiel au bon fonctionnement de la ville.Le transport de marchandise en ville a été pendant longtemps une thématiquesouvent négligé par les autorités publiques dans les politiques de planification urbaine, d’avantage focalisées sur le transport des personnes.Dans ce contexte , nous avons choisis la ville de Bejaia comme cas d’étude et plus précisément la zone de l’arrière port pour ses caractéristiques urbanistiques et ses infrastructures de fret afin de démontrer l’existence ou l’absence d’une prise en compte du transport de marchandise de cette agglomération par les outils de planification , et pour arriver au résultat nous avons eu recours a un questionnaire et un entretien avec les acteurs concernés qui nous ont permis de recueillir des données appréciable pour cerner le sujet de notre étude et répondre de façon concise a notre problématique. Au-delà desrésultats, la finalité d’une telle recherche est d’inciter sur la nécessité d’une réelle prise en compte de transport de marchandise dans la ville par les acteurs concernés.

He rapid growth of cities and the complexity of its urban systems highlight the difficulty of acting on the urban fabric, especially as regards urban logistics, despite the fact that the latter starts and ends in the city and considers itself an essential ingredient of the good Functioning of the city. The transport of goods in the city has long been a theme often overlooked by public authorities in urban planning policies, focusing on the transport of people. In this context, we chose the city of Bejaia as a study case and more precisely the area of the back port for its urbanistic characteristics and its cargo infrastructure in order to demonstrate the existence or absence of a catch in Account of the transportation of goods of this agglomeration by the planning tools, and to arrive at the result we used a questionnaire and an interview with the actors concerned which allowed us to collect appreciable data to identify the subject of our study And to respond concisely to our problems. In the light of the results, the aim of such research is to encourage the need to take into account the transport of goods in the city by the actors concerned.
