ترجمة الملخص

This research takes some information particularlyrelated to the investigation and its supervision andalso the role of the supervision of the district attorneyon the police during the invitation.The investigation is significant because it is the baseof the Criminal prosecution and for that the Law hasrestricted it by many guarantee conditions which areconsidered the rights of the individual freedom.The goal of this research is to extract somevaluable information from the scientific an practicalresults in the area of the supervision of theinvestigation and to know the essence of theinvestigation and its supervision and also to discussabout the procedures which are related to the generalliberties and the defendant basic rights for capturingand others in this research. The historical descriptivemethod was used. The research includes four chaptersand conclusion, in which it has reached many resultsas slated below.I- The criminal investigations are fundamental thatjustice depends on it as the first step in the way, andalso it plays the role of the basic pillar for the criminalwork.2- The criminal procedure Law of 1991 has granted theinvestigation and its suervision power of authorizationto the prosecutor general in which just thcauthorization of getting the confessions, renewing thedetrition for more than three days and the generalresearch remain for judge. All these powers ofauthorization are adjudicativQ I recommend thefollowing:6 1- The supervision of the investigation should heauthorized to judicial body in order to get integratedelements for the legality and procedural steps.2- it’s important to abide to the general principleswhich were guaranteed and orgnisized by theinternational and regional Laws.
