الملخص
L’objectif recherché à travers ce travail est de présenter le dispositif de contrôle de la solvabilité règlementaire appliqué actuellement au niveau du secteur des assurances en Algérie, de contrôler et d’analyser la solvabilité d’une société algérienne des assurances conformément à la réglementation en vigueur (solvabilité I), de dégager les insuffisances de cette réglementation prudentielle et enfin, de proposer les recommandations nécessaires pour améliorer le contrôle de la solvabilité en Algérie.De ce fait, nous avons analysé la solvabilité, de l’exercice 2020, la Société Nationale d’Assurance « SAA »En fin, et en termes de contrôle de solvabilité, la réglementation algérienne ne peut pas rester à l’écart des réformes engagées au niveau mondial notamment la norme Solvabilité II, mais elle doit s’adapter pour être en conformité avec les normes internationales

- The aim of this work is to present the solvency control framework applied to the insurance sector level in Algeria, specifically Solvency I, to identify the shortcomings of the prudential regulation and finally, to offer recommendations necessary to ensure the development of the activity of insurance in Algeria, and consequently the economy in general.As a result, we have analyzed the solvency, for the 2020 financial year, of the National Insurance Company "SAA"In the end, and in terms of solvency supervision, the Algerian regulation can’t stay out of global reforms including the Solvency II standard, but it must adapt to comply with international standards.
