الملخص

Dans le cadre de la concrétisation de la politique de l’entreprise relative à la protection de l’environnement, la direction régionale de Haoud Berkaoui a mis en place une station de déshuilage dans chaque centre producteur pour assurer à la fois la récupération des hydrocarbures et la production d’eau de réinjection. Ces stations emploi pour le traitement des eaux usées un schéma classique comportant trois technique à savoir : la coagulation, la floculation et la décantation. En vue d’améliorer l’efficacité du procédé mis en place, de nouveaux coagulants ont été élaborés et testés afin de quantifier leurs effets sur le schéma de traitement. Une technique électrochimique basée sur l’électrocoagulation a été développée dans ce travail où l’influence du matériau des électrodes, du temps d’électrolyse et de l’intensité du courant sur le processus de traitement est mis en évidence. Abstract: As part of the realization of the company policy on the protection of the environment, the Regional Directorate Haoud Berkaoui set up a station in oiling each production center to ensure both the oil recovery and water production reinjection. These stations use for the treatment of wastewater a classic pattern with three technical namely coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation. In order to improve the efficiency of the process put in place new coagulants have been developed and tested to quantify their effects on the treatment regimen. An electrochemical-based technique electrocoagulation was developed in this work, where the influence of the electrode material, the electrolysis time and the current intensity of the process is highlighted.
