الملخص

الانتحال هو مشكلة متنامية في المجتمع الأكاديمي في مختلف الجامعات في جميع أنحاءالعالم ،جعلت العديد من الشركات والمبرمجين حول العالم يطورون برامج للتحقق من أصالة البحوث، غير أن التكلفة الباهظة لهذه البرامج وصعوبة وتعقيد تطوير الخوارزميات اللازمة لكشف الانتحال جعل اكتشاف الانتحال ًحكراعلى مجموعة من البرمجيات التجارية المطورة من قبل بعض الشركات العالمية .يندرج هذا البحث ُضمن البحوث التي تعنى كشف الانتحال في اللغات الطبيعية وذلك باستخدام تقانات الوب الدلالي باستخدام تقانات المعالجةالآلية للغات الطبيعية وتهتم بتطوير خوارزميات لكشف حالات الإنتحال في البحوث العلمية الطبية المكتوبة باللغة العربية و البحوث العلمية الطبية المكتوبة باللغة الإنكليزيةًأيضا، وقد اخترنا المجال الطبي لتوافر الانطولوجيات الطبية العالمية ، ولوثوقية هذه الأنطولوجيا.يهدف هذا البحث لتطوير خوارزميات دلالية لكشف الانتحال تعتمد على استخدام تقانات الويب الدلالي ضمنها وذلك للاستفادة من توصيف المفاهيم والعلاقات بين المفاهيم ضمن أنطولوجيات الوب الدلالي، تم العمل في هذا البحث على تطوير خوارزمية دلالية لكشف الانتحال باللغة العربية وذلك بالاعتماد على استخدام الورد نت العربي Arabic WordNet تطوير خوارزميات دلالية لكشف ًكأنطولوجيا عامة للغة العربية، وتم أيضاالانتحال بالأبحاث الطبية المكتوبة باللغة الإنكليزية وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة كبيرة من الأنطولوجيات الطبية 4العالمية المتخصصة واستخدام الورد نت WordNetكاأنطولوجيا عامة للغة الإنكليزية، ولتحسين قدرات الخوارزميات المطورة تم الاستعانة بتطوير خوارزمية لفك الغموض خاصة باللغة الإنكليزية، وتم تطوير ًأيضاخوارزمية لكشف الانتحال في الأبحاث الطبية المكتوبة باللغة العربية بالإستعانة بالأنطولوجيات الطبية العالمية وبخدمة الترجمة الآلية المتوفرة عبر شبكة الانترنت.تم في هذا البحث تطوير خوارزميات دلالية لكشف الانتحال تتغلب على أغلب المشاكل ونقاط الضعف الموجودة في خوارزميات كشف الانتحال التي تعتمد على مقارنة السلاسل النصية بين الملفات، وخوارزميات بصمات الملفات والتي تعجز عن كشف الانتحال في حال استبدال الكلمات ومرادفاتها وإعادة ترتيب الكلمات.وقد اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على دراسة خوارزميات كشف الانتحال المو وتحليل نقاط القوة والضعف ًجودة مسبقا لهذه الخوارزميات ، ومن ثم انطلقنا لتطوير خوارزميات كشف انتحال دلالية تتغلب على نقاط الضعف الموجودة في خوارزميات كشف الانتحال الحالية، واستطعنا أن نطور خوارزميات كشف انتحال فعالة وأثبتت نتائج الاختبارات أنها تتغلب على نقاط الضعف الموجودة في خوارزميات كشف الانتحال الحالي

Plagiarism is a growing problem in the academic community in various universities across the world. And it is a direct result of the ability of the Internet to provide access to not only the large amounts of information, but also the ability to search and access the full research. this bad phenomenon began to spread especially in the early stages of higher education due to the deterioration of this deployment of scientific and linguistic level of the students and provide research Arab and foreign sources as a result of offering a means of communication, storage and exchange of information. The seriousness of scientific plagiarism on scientific research and academic work and impairing the rights of intellectual others, have made many companies and programmers around the world are developing programs to verify the authenticity of the research, but the high cost of these programs and the difficulty and complexity of the development of algorithms for detecting plagiarism made the preserve of the discovery of plagiarism on the set commercial software developed by some of the international companies. this research is concerned with detecting plagiarism in natural language using Semantic Web technologies and using technologies of natural languages processing, and interested in developing algorithms to detect plagiarism in scientific and medical research written in Arabic and scientific medical research written in English as well, we have chosen the medical field to availability World Medical Ontologies, and reliability of these Ontologies. This research aims to develop semantic algorithms to detect plagiarism rely on the use of Semantic Web technologies, including so take advantage of the concepts and relationships concepts characterization within the ontologies of the Semantic Web, in this research we have been working to develop a semantic algorithm to detect plagiarism in Arabic and by relying on the use of Arabic as a General Arabic language Ontology , was also developing semantic algorithms to detect plagiarism in medical research written in English, depending on a wide range of international medical ontologies and as a General Ontology for the English language, and to improve the algorithms developed capabilities was algorithm for disambiguation especially in English language, It was also the development of an algorithm to detect plagiarism in medical research written in the Arabic language, by using the international medical ontologies and the automatic translation service which is available over the internet. In this research we developed semantic algorithms for detect plagiarism which are overcome on most of the problems and weaknesses points in the algorithms for detect plagiarism that rely on the comparison of text strings between files, that the fingerprints algorithms and files algorithms fail to detect plagiarism in the cases of words and replacing words by their Synonyms. In this research we have studied the existing plagiarism detection algorithms and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of these algorithms, and then we started to develop plagiarism detection algorithms which overcome the weaknesses in the existing algorithms, and we succeed to develop an effective detection algorithms which overcome all the weaknesses in the current plagiarism detection algorithms ,and this by testing the developed algorithms
